Kendra Yevoli

Kendra Yevoli, Executive Director

Kendra Yevoli serves as Ventana Fund's Executive Director where she oversees lending activities, builds donor relationships, grant opportunities, and leads organizational development. She has a diverse background in association management with over 35 years of experience, including 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate field. She has worked with hundreds of members/clients in customer-focused organizations. She is passionate about educating potential investors/borrowers, advocating for funding, and expanding housing for all New Mexicans.

Alexandrea Romero

Alexandrea PORRAS, Operations Manager

As Ventana Fund’s Operations Manager, Alexandrea manages the production, closing, and monitoring of loans. She has over seven years of experience in the commercial real estate field. She has completed several national designation courses including CCIM CI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate, CCIM CI 102: Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate, NAR Green Designation, and NAR At Home with Diversity which allows her to understand Ventana Fund's investment underwriting. She graduated from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

Keith Flynn

Keith Flynn, Finance Manager and Senior Analyst

As Ventana Fund's Finance Manager, Keith Flynn oversees and coordinates the financial planning and reporting for the organization. He has worked with Ventana Fund since 2019 and has over six years of experience in the housing industry. He has worked with the Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) of New Mexico and the North Central New Mexico Economic Development District. Keith has hiked both the 3,000-mile Continental Divide Trail and 2,600-mile Pacific Crest Trail. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor in Finance and Political Science.

Jessica Burlingham, administrative assistant

As Ventana Fund’s Administrative Assistant, and also its newest employee, Jessica brings to the organization over 13 years of administrative experience.  Jessica’s primary duties include providing support to Ventana Fund’s managers, consultants, board members, and employees, in addition to assisting with daily office needs.  She is excited to be part of the mission and scope of Ventana Fund and looks forward to serving alongside the staff and board to achieve the goals and  purposes of VF.

Bill Dolan

Bill Dolan, Loan Officer CONSULTANT

As Ventana Fund's loan officer consultant, Bill Dolan initiates loan production, loan underwriting, and construction draws. Bill and Alexandrea work together with our borrowers to process Ventana Fund loans and construction draws. Bill has over 44 years of experience in the banking industry and retired in 2017 as the Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender for First National Bank of Santa Fe. Bill has extensive experience in commercial loan underwriting and managing loan portfolios of up to $50M. Bill is involved in volunteering locally as he serves as a Board Member of the Urban Land Institute NM Chapter. Ventana Fund also thanks him for his four-year service in the U.S. Army.

Eleanor Werenko

Eleanor Werenko, OUTSIDE Legal Counsel

Ms. Werenko acts as outside general counsel to Ventana Fund. Her practice with the Stelzner, Winter, Warburton, Flores & Dawes, P.A. focuses principally on transactional matters related to real estate, affordable housing and business formation and governance. In addition to her work with Ventana Fund, Ms. Werenko is outside general counsel and housing development counsel to the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority. Ms. Werenko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature with a minor in French and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico.

Michelle Corley

Michelle Corley, OUTSIDE Accounting Services Manager

Michelle has been in accounting for 18 years and has been a CPA for 9 years. Her experience includes serving as controller for a large nonprofit organization, accounting services including audit preparation and year-end financial statements, new business setup including accounting software, internal control processes and procedures, and payroll services.
