Ventana Fund is a non-profit CDFI headquartered in New Mexico. We are dedicated to financing the creation and preservation of affordable multi-family housing by providing low-interest loans for developers who serve New Mexico’s low-income residents and high need communities.
Our Projects
Ventana Fund is committed to financing affordable housing in low-income communities, underserved by traditional financial institutions.
Our target markets in New Mexico include low-income populations earning less than 80 percent area median income. Ventana Fund also focuses on hard-to-finance projects, such as older rental projects needing rehabilitation.

Ventana Fund provides early-stage financing for pre-development and construction and financing for the acquisition and rehabilitation of small apartment communities. All loans are made for affordable housing in New Mexico to serve our target markets.
