The course will delve into the logistics and terminology associated with investment, including Cap Rates, IRR, Loan-to-Value, and debt-to-credit ratios. Students will learn to navigate the step-by-step process, from project analysis and loan underwriting to the fundamentals of investment real estate, financing, and closing on their first property.
